Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PawPath Academy website at pawpath.me and the courses, membership, and content offered through it (the "Service"), operated by PawPath Academy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
PawPath Academy provides educational dog-training content, including a free enrichment challenge, a one-time Puppy Starter Course, and an ongoing Academy Membership. Content is for general educational purposes and does not guarantee any particular training result.
Accounts
To access paid content you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
Purchases, pricing, and payment
- Prices. The Puppy Starter Course is a one-time purchase of $49.00 USD. The Academy Membership is available as a monthly plan at $19.00 USD per month or an annual plan at $149.00 USD per year. Prices are shown at checkout and may change; changes do not affect purchases already made.
- Payment. Payments are processed by PayPal. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge.
- Membership renewal. The membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price — monthly for the monthly plan, or annually for the annual plan — until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period (the current month or year). You retain access through the period you have already paid for.
30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind our courses. If you are not satisfied with any purchase — the Puppy Starter Course or a membership plan — contact us within 30 days of that payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to your initial purchase and to each membership renewal: if you request a refund within 30 days of a renewal charge, we will refund that charge. To keep things simple, cancelling your membership stops all future renewals, and you can request a refund at the same time. We may extend these terms at our discretion. License and acceptable use
When you purchase access, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the content for your own use. You may not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content or your account access.
- Copy, download (except where expressly offered), or republish course materials.
- Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts or harms it or other users.
Intellectual property
All content on the Service — videos, guides, text, graphics, and logos — is owned by PawPath Academy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the content will meet your needs or produce specific results with your dog. Dog training involves animal behavior, which is variable; you are responsible for the safety of yourself, your dog, and others. If your dog shows aggression or a serious behavioral issue, consult a qualified professional.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawPath Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
