PawPath Academy ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website pawpath.me and the online dog-training courses and membership offered through it. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you sign up for our free 7-Day Enrichment Challenge, create an account, or contact us, we collect your email address and any information you choose to send us.
- Purchase information. When you buy a course or membership, payment is processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card number. We do receive and store a record of the transaction (order ID, plan purchased, amount, and date) so we can grant and manage your access.
- Account information. If you create an account, we store your email and the access entitlements (course or membership) tied to it through Firebase Authentication.
- Usage and device information. Like most websites, we automatically collect basic technical data such as your browser type, device, referring page, and pages viewed. Where you found us (for example, a referral link) may be recorded to understand which channels bring visitors.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data (such as pages visited and general location) so we can improve the site. This data is processed by Google in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings.
How we use your information

- Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, and database).

- PayPal (payment processing).

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, and as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Children's privacy
Our website and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
